For the Love of Football Maia Chaka is the first African American women to he a referee in the #nfl. She sat down with us to tell us about the journey and also what it's like as an nfl referee. Maia is a #hbcu graduate from Norfolk State University and also has a #nonprofit organization called Make Meaningful Change. Maia also spoke openly about her family and their perceptions since she started her career. She also took time to talk fashion, xfl, pac12 and more.
