Dr. Jackson: first Black woman to get nuclear physics degree from MIT. Her theoretical physics studies made way for the portable fax machine, touch tone phone, caller ID, call waiting and the fiber optics cable
Cooper: Was a voting rights activist. Oprah played her character in the movie Selma. Cooper is widely known for knocking out a sherrif, but should be mostly praised for her activism.
